Apple Support College Advisor

About the Position

As an Apple Support College Advisor, you’ll work from where you live and around your class schedule. And every time you save someone’s day, you’ll be amazed by what it does for yours.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Apple products
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and product usage
• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Apple’s standards

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in classes at a designated university
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher
• Ability to balance school load with work schedule
• Must have a private, quiet, distraction-free room
• Must have or be willing to get a desk, an ergonomic chair, and a hardwired high-speed internet connection
• Experience with Apple devices is a plus, but experience with other operating systems is acceptable if willing to use a Mac for training

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apple products, including Mac, iPhone, and iPad

We Offer

• Flexible part-time role, working 20 hours per week
• Work from home with a custom schedule around your classes
• Training program up to nine weeks long, covering Apple products, advanced troubleshooting, and customer support
