About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Application Administrator to join our team at T-Systems Information and Communication Technology India Private Limited (T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd.). This role is pivotal in providing IT support, focusing on monitoring, escalation, and ticket handling.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and escalation/de-escalation processes
• Ticket handling and assigning tickets according to process flow instructions
• Providing 1st level operational support

Requirements

• 1-3 years of total experience with a minimum of 0-3 years in a similar role
• Customer orientation
• Proficiency in:
  • Citrix Cloud
  • Azure
  • PowerShell
  • XenApp 6.5.7
  • RDS
  • Windows Server
  • Citrix streaming
  • UPM
  • WEM
  • PVS
  • Monitoring
  • Group Policy
  • AD
  • Networking
• Troubleshoot Citrix issues
• Administration skills on XenApp and XenDesktop
• Strong coordination and organization skills
• High-level communication skills
