Responsibilities

• Support of our internal systems, primarily our SAP applications
• Analyze disruptions, evaluate solution alternatives, and administer SAP Global Accounts, Directories, and Subaccounts throughout the entire lifecycle
• Configuration and connection of systems through various interfaces
• Setup, operation, and maintenance of SAP Cloud Connector for connecting on-premise and private cloud SAP systems
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Responsibility for the user authorization concept, entitlements, license requirements, and quotas, and monitoring costs
• Creation of feasibility studies, definition of system requirements, and development of system structures within our business processes
• Ensuring compliance with access, security, and data protection requirements

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, e.g., as an IT specialist, or a similar qualification
• Solid skills in the area of application and software engineering as well as software management
• Basic knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services and connections to Corporate Identity Provider
• User and administration knowledge in SAP Cloud products and basic knowledge of SAP Subaccount-specific configurations (regions, environments like Cloud Foundry or Kyma)
• Basic knowledge of Linux derivatives, database management systems, SQL, as well as various data formats such as XML and JSON
• Mastery of complex tasks thanks to abstract thinking and structured, goal-oriented work
• Ability to clearly present and document developed solutions
• Strong communication skills and sound knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• A keen eye for future trends
