Application Analyst (all genders)
Location: Norderstedt (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time / Part-Time

Responsibilities
- Daily Business: Process accounting-specific customer inquiries in the SAP environment.
- Customer Orientation: Understand customer problems and ask detailed questions to obtain missing information.
- Teamwork: Replicate problems in our own SAP environment using our master data, work closely with other departments, and develop suitable solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Support us in optimizing our internal processes and documenting solutions for known errors.
- Problem Solving: Propose innovative solutions with a creative and results-oriented work style.
Requirements
- Background: Completed vocational training in finance, business, accounting, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: At least two years of practical experience in accounting and SAP FI user knowledge.
- Know-how: Knowledge of SAP customizing would be a big plus!
- Personality: Independent individual who loves sharing ideas with others and believes in continuous development.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and enthusiasm skills, with the ability to present ideas convincingly in both German and English.
