About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Application Consultant in the field of Image Guided Surgery (IGS) and surgical disciplines to support the Sales Team in Europe East. The position will be a home office role, preferably located in Bucharest, Romania.
Responsibilities
- Educate, train, provide on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnel
- Perform new system installations
- Effective communication with customers to understand problems and adequate troubleshooting of issues
- Outstanding organizational and planning skills: task prioritization, effective time management
- Initiate upgrade projects with existing Brainlab installations
- Sell service contracts to existing Brainlab customers
- Monitors and promotes customer usage of products
- Conduct software updates
- Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services
Requirements
- Preferably completed studies in the field of Biomedical Engineering, have a technical degree or equivalent
- Self-planning, organization, and implementation of all service activities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
- Positive mindset and hands-on mentality
- Willing to travel extensively
- Fluent in English and Romanian
- Possess a valid driving license
