Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.

We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Application Consultant - Java /JEE / Java Frameworks (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon)

Responsibilities

• Develop applications for our IoT platform using advanced Java coding skills and object-oriented programming.
• Utilize advanced knowledge in AWS Platform.
• Work with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Manage database systems (SQL and NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.
• Gain experience and knowledge about cloud platforms, especially AWS, and services tailored for IoT solutions.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache Flink) is a plus.
• Apply expert knowledge in DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).

Requirements

• Hard Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Advanced Java coding skills (and object-oriented programming)
  • Advanced level knowledge in AWS Platform
  • Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Working experience and knowledge about cloud platforms, especially AWS, and services specifically tailored for IoT solutions
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache Flink) is a plus
  • Expert knowledge in DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)

• Desirable Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

  • Good to have AWS Certification
  • Good to have experience with IoT protocols such as OCPP 1.6 and OCPP 2.0, MQTT, Modbus
  • Good to have Infrastructure as Code (CDKTF)
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English
