The Role
As an Application Consultant at Extenda Retail, you will work closely with our clients and act as a product expert, helping them understand and make the most of our solution. You will work with well-known companies across logistics, retail, and e-commerce, analyzing their needs and translating them into functional requirements that shape the solution. With a strong understanding of workflows, processes, and the logistics industry, you will be at the heart of the business, helping our clients succeed.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to our clients’ success by delivering a high level of service and developing a strong understanding of their business needs.
- Have a direct impact on their day-to-day operations by helping develop and optimize their logistics flows.
- Work in cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to deliver solutions that create real value for our clients.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science/Logistics or equivalent experience.
- An understanding of WMS and/or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Java, C#, or Typescript.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Curiosity about technology and how it can be used to improve business processes.
