About the Position
Application Engineer (AE)
We are seeking an Application Engineer (AE) with excellent creative, technical, and interpersonal skills to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact and customer interface to gather system requirements from AurosIQ software customers
- Convey AurosIQ system requirements to software development team members
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to define system requirements
- Assist in the implementation of new program solutions
- Facilitate the upkeep of customer standards through providing engineering and process expertise within our AurosIQ knowledge management system
- Exercise diplomacy in resolving issues related to the engineering process and conflicting customer performance expectations
- Assist in internal test, and R&D efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical field
- Knack for quickly learning and understanding new software tools
- Confident using problem-solving skills to provide customer solutions
- Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written
- High results-driven initiative
- Able to work individually or in a team setting
