Application Engineering ADAS

We are currently seeking an experienced Application Engineering ADAS expert for our Bangalore office in India.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS)
• Vehicle & System Integration for ADAS applications
• Calibration of vehicles on test tracks
• Technical leadership in calibration development projects
• Calibration of torque-based control systems (gasoline and diesel)
• Powertrain systems and engine management systems development
• Utilize calibration & modelling tools (e.g., INCA, ETAS Tools, Matlab Simulink, SilVer, CoSym, Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO)
• Manage calibration data using iCDM & vCDM
• Conduct system release tests/validation on bench/lab and vehicles
• Support technical discussions/negotiations with customers
• Cooperate with development partners (SYS, HW, SW, CAD) and project manager
• Provide requirements analysis and test planning
• Understand, interpret, and evaluate numerical data
• Apply modelling and simulation techniques
• Sound understanding of engine combustion processes and emissions formulation
• Skilled in statistical testing techniques (e.g., Design of Experiments)
• Complete work in a safe, timely, and professional manner with minimum supervision
• Flexibility to undertake additional tasks to meet business requirements
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Flexibility to travel as and when required
