Application Management Services Consultant (AMS)

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Application Management Services Consultant (AMS) to join our team in Bangkok. The AMS will provide support and maintenance for SAP systems, assisting customers with monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing their SAP applications.

Responsibilities

• Work on both assigned incidents and new requirements raised by customers on their SAP applications.
• Identify, clarify, and analyze assignment tickets.
• Provide end-to-end solutions for customer incidents within the agreed SLA or on-time delivery with quality work.
• Discuss and brainstorm with other team members and customers.
• Undertake analysis to identify root causes and assist in reducing re-occurring issues/incidents.
• Manage and be responsible for assigned tickets, reporting or escalating to the related person as necessary.
• Lead in gathering business requirements, analysis work, and approaching end-to-end solutions for new requirements.
• Fully comply with all NDBS AMS processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer, MIS, or related fields.
• Experience in SAP Implementation and Support in modules FI, CO, PP, QM, WM, PM, SD, MM, HR.
• Focus on individuals with experience in SAP CO and SAP PP/QM/WM.
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in SAP consulting and support.
• SAP Functional Help Desk Support Leading Skill or Manager Level.
• High skill in team motivation and leadership.
• Knowledge in IT applications.
• Basic Network knowledge would be an advantage.
• Good command of English skills.
• Good communication skills, service-oriented mindset, good team player, problem-solving, and logical thinking.
