Responsibilities

As an Application Security Intern, you will assist the security team in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities in software applications. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting secure code reviews
• Participating in penetration testing
• Researching common threats
• Helping implement security best practices across the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and basic vulnerability types (XSS, SQL Injection, etc.)
• Experience with Git and basic CI/CD concepts
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration within diverse teams
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt and quickly acquire new technical skills
