About the Position
We are seeking an Application Specialist (ServiceNow) to join our IT and data team in Rīga, Tallinn, or Vilnius. This role offers a Hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage ServiceNow applications.
- Provide technical support and solutions for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow services.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in IT and data environments.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Latvian, Estonian, or Lithuanian.
