Responsibilities

• Aid the SWP business segment through internal and external product training.
• Improve customer engagement by enhancing user experience.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Adopt knowledge and skill set of Getinge operating table and accessory complete portfolio.
• Visit customers post OT Table installation and train end users – OT technicians, OT Nurses, Surgeons, Biomedical Engineers on supplied table and accessory.
• Presence in live surgery if requested by end user.
• Support product demonstration in workshops, conferences.
• Support sales team in product demonstration in new customer prospects.
• Support in generating new lead for accessories.
• Maintain record of customer training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science / medical science / nursing / Operation Theatre Technology.
• Approximate 4 -6 years’ experience of working inside Operating Room as OT Technician or OT Nurse.
• Experience in Orthopedic, Trauma, Neuro- Spine surgery will be given priority.
• Basic level of knowledge in handling computers along with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, Internet is necessary.
• Fluency in English, Hindi will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel across India is mandatory.
