About the Position
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team at LigoLab Information System. The primary responsibility of this role is to respond and resolve issues submitted by customers of our Laboratory Information System. This requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as fundamentals of software, hardware, and networking troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve issues submitted by customers of LigoLab Laboratory Information System
- Independently interact with customers to collect information needed for troubleshooting and support
- Work closely with development and interface teams on bug reports and new feature requests
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fundamentals of software, hardware, and networking troubleshooting
Nice to Have
- Understanding of medical laboratory domain, terminology, and environment
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems
- Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking software
Qualifications
- Analytical and troubleshooting mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Determined, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
