Application Support (Helpdesk)

About the Position

We are looking for an Application Support (Helpdesk) professional to join our team in Sta. Rita, Philippines. This role involves on-site support for TCS issues, providing technical assistance and resolving hardware and software problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to TCS requests for technical assistance via OTRS Ticketing System, phone, chat, or email.
• Conduct initial investigations on new and recurring TCS issues.
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Track and route problems and requests, documenting resolutions.
• Review and update knowledge-based documents for TCS issue resolution references.
• Advise end users on appropriate actions to perform in the system.
• Log all helpdesk interactions.
• Redirect issues to the involved resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of technical support or IT Service Desk experience.
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment.
• Experienced in researching, analyzing, and interpreting automated system problems.
• Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
• Knowledgeable in SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Willingness to work non-traditional schedules, including weekdays off and holidays.
• Preferably residing in Bulacan.
