About the Position

Applications Admin - D365 BC/CE

We're seeking a Junior Applications Admin with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central experience to join our team in Orem, UT.

Responsibilities

ERP & Application Ownership

• Serve as the primary owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, procurement, payables, and production and warehousing modules.
• Oversee configuration, enhancements, integrations, and data governance for core business systems.
• Manage escalated support issues and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
• Ensure reliable, timely support for 2nd- and 3rd-level help desk requests.

Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and other teams to identify needs and translate business processes into scalable ERP solutions.
• Analyze gaps between system capabilities and business requirements, recommending enhancements or customizations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and cost reduction.
• Maintain compliance with internal governance, risk management, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
• Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform is a big plus.
• Proven experience leading ERP or enterprise technology projects.
• Prior team leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in fast-paced environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary

• $80,000 to $95,000 USD per year
