About the Position
Applied AI Lead, Rev Ops
Headway is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by making it accessible to everyone. We're a Series D company with over $325M in funding, and we're looking for an exceptional Applied AI Lead, Rev Ops to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in automating and optimizing our revenue motions using AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities
- You Will
- Build, ship, and iterate AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort and provide faster, more reliable insights.
- Own and evolve core revenue workflows, making them scalable and AI-first.
- Lead major Rev Ops initiatives from problem definition to implementation and rollout.
- Design workflows by shadowing representatives and partnering cross-functionally.
- Lead with data, using quantitative analysis to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- You’d be a great fit if…
- You have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles within high-growth, operationally complex environments.
- You are AI fluent, comfortable with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration.
- You can pull and interrogate data independently (SQL fluency).
- You have a strong track record of leading large, cross-functional projects.
- You can build workflows based on real-world experience and shadowing reps.
- You are an excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and create alignment.
- You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are energized by building and scaling new capabilities.
