Responsibilities

• Support your team’s activities and projects, taking responsibility for your tasks and learning from experienced colleagues.
• Use AI and digital tools to research, organize information, create materials, and solve problems.
• Test ideas and help turn them into practical improvements with guidance from your team.
• Identify repetitive tasks and explore ways to simplify or automate them.

Requirements

• Curiosity about technology and practical experience using AI tools to learn, create, or solve problems, with examples you can explain.
• Initiative to explore new tools, ask questions, and put what you learn into practice.
• Critical thinking to question information, check AI outputs, and understand what you’re doing.
• Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to following through on your responsibilities.
• Clear communication, willingness to collaborate, and openness to feedback.
• Intermediate English for communication and learning.
• Eligibility for the apprenticeship program.

Nice to Have

• Personal, school, or community projects involving technology, AI, or process improvement.
• Exposure to coding, data analysis, simple automations, or no-code tools.
