Responsibilities
- First and second level support for software and hardware
- Planning, installation and configuration of complex IT systems
- Service, advice and support, error analysis and troubleshooting
- Specific solution development
- Acceptance, classification and prioritisation of customer enquiries
Requirements
- Secondary school leaving certificate, university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification
