Responsibilities
Main Mission
Ensure the availability of finished products and spare parts by guaranteeing the reliability, fluidity, and optimization of supply flows between suppliers, the company, and customers.
Key Responsibilities

Supply & Inventory Management
- Analyze and monitor stock levels; propose optimization actions.
- Place supplier orders and follow them until delivery.
- Manage the supply of catalog products (finished products, prints, spare parts, SWAP).
- Ensure the proper integration of orders into information systems (management of rejections).
- Track carriers and guarantee the proper execution of deliveries.

Customer Relations (Internal / External)
- Inform customers about delivery times and any potential issues.
- Handle inquiries via incoming calls and CRM.
- Manage priorities with suppliers and service providers.
- Address product anomalies, returns, and non-conformities.
- Monitor credits within their scope.
- Schedule delivery appointments when necessary.

Activity Monitoring
- Participate in inventories and variance analyses.
- Provide regular reporting on actions taken and operational performance.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Proficiency in office tools and SAP / SFDC systems.
- Customer service mindset and excellent communication.
- Rigor, organization, and autonomy.
- Analytical ability and strong proposal skills.

- Maintaining the quality of relationships with suppliers, service providers, and customers.
