Evolution, a leading Swedish company in the online casino entertainment market, is seeking a Legal Intern for our SENA Apprenticeship Contract in Medellín. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Support in the creation and updating of legal and contractual databases. Preliminary review of standard documents (NDA, corporate formats, letters, minutes, certificates, etc.).
• Administrative support in document filing processes.
• Coordination with notaries, chambers of commerce, and external providers for corporate procedures.
• Support in general regulatory investigations in LATAM countries (labor, commercial, corporate, compliance, data protection, etc.).
• Consolidation of legal and regulatory requirements by country.
• Support in updating internal policies and compliance matrices.
• Support in internal audits through document collection.
• Preparation of presentations.
• Review of basic legal translations or coordination of translations.
• Support in internal training on corporate policies and compliance.
• Support in managing internal legal requests.
• Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up on legal team action plans.
• This position is 100% on-site at our offices in Industriales, Medellín.

Requirements

• Active student of Law with a university or educational institution endorsement to begin the practical stage.
• Availability to sign a SENA Apprenticeship Contract (essential requirement).
• Basic knowledge in labor law, corporate law, and/or commercial law will be valued.
• High organizational capacity and attention to detail.
• Confidential and responsible handling of information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and service orientation.
