Main Objective: To play an active role in the development and implementation of technical and administrative projects, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the organization. The intern will acquire and apply technical knowledge, collaborate in teams, propose innovative solutions, and develop essential soft skills such as communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and apply technical knowledge: Learn and use specific skills from the area of study to contribute to assigned projects and tasks.
• Collaborate on projects: Actively participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute projects that benefit the organization.
• Develop soft skills: Strengthen competencies such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving.
• Comply with standards and policies: Follow the guidelines, regulations, and policies established by SENA to ensure compliance with the internship stage.
