About the Position
Evolution, a leading Swedish company in the online casino entertainment market, is seeking a SENA Apprentice in Human Resources for a productive learning stage. This role is ideal for students of Human Talent Management or related fields who are interested in gaining professional experience in a dynamic international company.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage physical and digital resumes and employee documentation in the ATS system.
- Update and maintain employee work folders.
- Digitize documents and upload information to internal company platforms.
- Archive and record disciplinary processes ensuring proper document traceability.
- Record employment and disciplinary documentation in EvoNation.
- Provide logistical support for employee well-being activities and initiatives.
- Support internal communications related to employee programs and activities.
- Manage affiliations and support the reporting of payroll news and deductions.
- Handle enrollments and support the reporting of payroll and deductions for Comfama, as well as updating information and managing disenrollments when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of disciplinary documents, summonses, and discharge minutes according to established formats and procedures.
Requirements
- Be a student of the Human Talent Management program or related fields and have approval to undertake the productive stage through a SENA learning contract.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- High organizational capacity and attention to detail.
- Responsible and confidential handling of information.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude, service orientation, and willingness to learn.
