The world is how we shape it

You will join a CCoE team distributed across France. Depending on the missions assigned to you, you will evolve within internal Sopra Steria teams in supporting Business Verticals on GCP Expertise throughout the sales process of a Cloud Transformation Project and Project Launch; as well as through services where you are directly integrated into teams delivering the project to the final client as a GCP Technical Expert.

Responsibilities

As a Certified GCP Cloud Architect, you bring your expertise around GCP solutions:

• You support our Internal Teams in the Business Verticals and our clients in their Cloud and multicloud strategy and advise them on architectural choices allowing them to build an information system respecting best practices and aiming for operational excellence, while providing them with advanced support.
• You design and implement solutions, covering the entire catalog of GCP services, responding to the client's expressed need, while ensuring security, resilience, performance, and optimized cost.
• You support the development team in the realization of solutions taking into account the constraints and patterns of the target Cloud platform.

You also participate internally in:

• Skills Management with the Verticals (Support for training and certifications, Help with recruiting experienced profiles, Knowledge capitalization and sharing, Animation of a technical community)
• The relationship of Sopra Steria with our partner Google and will be called upon to demonstrate our know-how.
• Business Management (Co-management of the business pipeline, Contribution to structuring pre-sales, Support for complex delivery topics)
• Communication, through the writing of articles, blogs, white papers, as well as participation in GCP events (GCP Summit, Google Cloud Next, Sustainability Summit, Security Summit, Data Cloud Summit)

We support you in the implementation of the Sopra Steria methodology and associated tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of Cloud Architecture design in GCP environment.
• Certifications and Google Cloud Professional Architect level
• Cloud Architecture
• Security of systems and Cloud network security
• Multicloud architecture design
• Development of solutions (e.g., Java, Go, Python, JavaScript)
• Automation in a DevSecOps approach
• Agile & DevOps method

Skills/certifications on other HyperScalers or other Private Cloud are a plus.
