About the Position

Architectural Visualization Artist - Senior

NOT A HOTEL ARCHITECTS, the architectural division of NOT A HOTEL, is rapidly expanding and currently seeking talented CG artists to join our Tokyo studio.

As a member of our CG team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including collaborations with internationally renowned architectural offices or creators as well as in-house development projects. We welcome passionate and creative individuals who are eager to grow together with us.

Main Responsibilities:

• Production of renderings and animations for NOT A HOTEL’s sales and marketing
• Creation of renderings and animations for in-house design studies and competition presentations
• Direction and supervision of outsourced renderings and animations

Responsibilities

• Production of renderings and animations for NOT A HOTEL’s sales and marketing
• Creation of renderings and animations for in-house design studies and competition presentations
• Direction and supervision of outsourced renderings and animations

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Photoshop
• Communication skills in English or Japanese

Nice to Have

• Rhinoceros
• Forest Pack / RailClone
• After Effects / Adobe Premiere
• Unreal Engine
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., modeling, image enhancement, still-to-animation conversion)

We Offer

• Full social insurance coverage in accordance with Japan's social security system (health insurance, pension, employment insurance, etc.)
• Annual medical check-up covered by the company (once per year as required by law)
• Paid leave: 13–23 days per year, depending on years of service (first year is prorated based on start date)
• Employee discount for stays at NOT A HOTEL properties
• Travel allowance: up to 100,000 JPY per year depending on grade/level
• Work environment allowance: 5,000 JPY per month
• Commuting allowance: up to 30,000 JPY per month
