Responsibilities

• Definition and monitoring of KPIs to ensure goal achievement and creation of performance analyses and reports
• Optimization of merchandise deployment, warehousing, and inventory management including planning and evaluation of inventories
• Business consulting and support of the area management and store management
• Regular store visits to analyze the situation on site and support the teams
• Participation in projects for process optimization, efficiency improvement, and implementation of new controlling tools
• Identification of risks in the store process and close cooperation with area management, country management, and the headquarters

Requirements

• Completed business administration studies or several years of professional experience in retail as a department manager
• Sound knowledge in financial analysis and reporting is advantageous
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
• Proficient in MS Office, especially very good Excel skills
• High willingness to work and desire to succeed
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a pronounced service orientation
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
