About the Position
AREA SALES MANAGER DOBROGEA
We are seeking an energetic Area Sales Manager for Dobrogea to actively contribute to growing partnerships with farmers in the region. If you have experience in sales and desire a role where your impact is directly seen in performance, we invite you to join a team that supports Romanian agriculture through integrated solutions and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
🚜 Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing the client portfolio (farmers) in the assigned area
- Coordinating the entire sales process for agricultural inputs, from identifying opportunities to closing transactions
- Building solid and trustworthy relationships with partners over the long term
- Promoting the group's integrated solutions and actively collaborating with other divisions
- Monitoring the market and adapting the commercial approach based on customer needs
- Ensuring the efficient management of requests from farmers
- Tracking the execution of contracts and the collection of receivables in the managed area
Requirements
✅ We are looking for a profile with:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in agribusiness is an advantage)
- Higher education and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good communication, negotiation, and client-oriented skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and result-oriented approach
- Availability for frequent travel (Category B driving license)
- Positive attitude, collaborative, and performance-oriented
