ARQUITECTO/A DATA CENTERS - SINES (PORTUGAL)

We are looking for an ARCHITECT with solid experience in the design and development of complex building projects to join a Data Center project in Sines (Portugal).

The selected person will be part of a multidisciplinary team, participating in the design and development phases of the project, with a special focus on technical definition, construction detail, and coordination between disciplines to guarantee efficient and viable solutions from an execution standpoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary projects for complex buildings and infrastructures.
• Develop projects in their different phases, from conceptual design to execution project.
• Elaborate constructive solutions and technical details at the Execution Project level (RIBA 3 and RIBA 4).
• Integrate information from different disciplines and manufacturers to ensure correct project coordination.
• Develop graphical and technical documentation, including plans, descriptive reports, annexes, and reports.
• Collaborate in the preparation of measurements and budgets.
• Coordinate architectural solutions with structures, installations, and other technical teams.
• Review and validate technical documentation to ensure its coherence and constructive feasibility.
• Provide technical and constructive knowledge to optimize the quality and execution of the projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Architecture.
• Minimum experience of 8 to 10 years in the design and development of singular or highly technically complex building projects.
• Experience working in coordination with multidisciplinary teams for project design and development.
• Proficiency in BIM360, Revit, AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of design processes, project documentation, and construction detail.
• Availability to travel when the project requires.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

• Knowledge of regulations and legislation applicable to the construction sector.
• Experience in Data Center projects, industrial buildings, or critical infrastructures.
