Responsibilities

• Define and propose technological strategies to support the organization's digital transformation processes.
• Design solution architectures aligned with the functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements of the financial sector.
• Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices for the development and integration of applications.
• Technically lead development teams, guiding architectural decision-making and solving complex problems.
• Evaluate new technologies, design patterns, and tools that contribute to the technological evolution of the organization.
• Design and execute proofs of concept (PoC) to validate new solutions and architectural approaches.
• Ensure quality attributes such as availability, scalability, maintainability, observability, performance, and security.
• Participate in the development and modernization of enterprise applications based on Java technologies.
• Define integration strategies between corporate systems and digital platforms.
• Support the adoption of DevOps practices and automation of build, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Technically lead development teams, guiding architectural decision-making and solving complex problems.

• Design and execute proofs of concept (PoC) to validate new solutions and architectural approaches.
• Ensure quality attributes such as availability, scalability, maintainability, observability, performance, and security.

• Define integration strategies between corporate systems and digital platforms.
• Support the adoption of DevOps practices and automation of build, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Required Experience:

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise software development, preferably in mission-critical environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles.
• Demonstrable experience in digital transformation projects, technological modernization, and defining enterprise architectures.
• Experience in projects based on microservices architectures, system integration, and distributed platforms.
• Experience in the financial, banking, or insurance sector is desirable.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting the technical definition of solutions.
