Match Profiler is an Information Systems consulting firm, working in the national and international market since 1999. We are empowered with multidisciplinary competences and know-how in IT, which allow us to contribute, optimize and move forward with our clients.

We are currently looking for a Networking and Systems Architect – Hybrid (Lisboa) to join our team.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable and secure cloud and network infrastructures.
Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for network and cloud environments.
Implement and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes.
Monitor and observe network and cloud environments using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, and ELK.
Script and automate tasks using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

8+ years of experience in network infrastructures, cloud, or systems architecture.
Expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on design, security, and governance.
Advanced networking skills: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, SD-WAN, DNS, firewalls, load balancers.
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
Experience with Kubernetes networking (CNI, ingress controllers, service mesh, Istio, etc.).
Strong knowledge in network and cloud security: IAM, RBAC, Security Groups, Network Policies, VPNs site-to-site.
Observability and monitoring skills using Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, ELK, etc.
Scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell.
Experience with hybrid and multi-region environments, integrating on-prem/cloud.
Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery practices.
Solid understanding of network protocols, segmentation, load balancing, and dynamic routing.
