Responsibilities

As an Art Director, your mission will be to support the visual construction of brand campaigns and experiences, transforming strategic ideas into relevant, innovative, and high-impact creative executions. You will play a key role in elevating the creative quality of projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that connect with audiences and generate business results.

• Develop and lead the visual direction of integrated campaigns, content, and brand experiences.
• Work in tandem with Copywriters and other creative profiles to build solid concepts and differentiating executions.
• Guide the visual development of digital pieces, social content, activations, CRM, multi-channel experiences, and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, accounts, production, and clients to ensure alignment between creative vision and business objectives.
• Oversee the visual quality of deliverables and ensure consistency with the brand identity.
• Actively participate in ideation processes, campaign presentations, and the construction of creative proposals.
• Stay updated on visual, cultural, and technological trends that drive creative innovation.

Requirements

• Solid experience developing creative campaigns and art direction for brands in agency or advertising environments.
• Mastery of design principles, visual storytelling, and creative concept construction.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Ability to transform strategic insights into relevant and effective visual executions.
• Skill in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and presenting ideas with clarity and conviction.
