Responsibilities

• Conceptualizar y diseñar campañas visuales de alto impacto para marcas globales de consumo masivo.
• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar que la visión visual se traduzca efectivamente en todos los puntos de contacto.
• Supervisar y guiar la ejecución de piezas gráficas, asegurando la coherencia visual y los más altos estándares de calidad.
• Participar en la creación de presentaciones y argumentar sólidamente las propuestas visuales ante los equipos correspondientes.
• Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias visuales, culturales y tecnológicas para proponer ideas innovadoras y relevantes.
• Aportar soluciones visuales estratégicas que conecten con las audiencias y generen resultados medibles.

Requirements

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en dirección de arte dentro de agencias de publicidad o comunicación.
• Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o carrera afín.
• Dominio avanzado de Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) y plataformas colaborativas como Figma.
• Cursos, diplomados o certificaciones en dirección de arte, diseño digital o áreas afines.
• Inglés Avanzado.
