About the Position

We are seeking a conceptual Art Director (Regular+ / Fresh Senior) who can think in 360° campaigns, has participated in video productions, and is looking for a place where their portfolio can reach a higher level. We are looking for someone hungry for experiences, driven by photo shoots and industry awards.

Responsibilities

• Creation of large concepts (Big Idea) and integrated 360° campaigns for key agency clients
• Work on photo shoots – from overseeing visual execution, through collaboration with the director and production, to ensuring concept consistency
• Creation of materials for ATL, digital, social media, video (YouTube, TikTok), and custom projects (activations, music videos)
• Preparation and presentation of creative ideas (internally and to the client)
• Collaboration with experienced Creative Leaders, strategy, and copywriters
• Transforming briefs into bold, expressive projects that build your portfolio

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative / digital agency (Regular+ / fresh Senior level)
• Experience on set – you have already completed video/photo productions and know how production work looks
• Conceptual thinking (360°) – you can come up with a big idea and translate it into consistent executions across different channels
• Portfolio that shows proficiency in setting the visual direction of campaigns and attention to detail
• Proactivity and hunger for growth – you want to do visible things, submit projects to contests, and realistically build your position
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), knowledge of Figma, and openness to using AI tools in daily work
• English at a level that allows you to work freely with materials and the team

Salary

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is between 8,500 zł-17,042 zł PLN. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
