Art Director

About the Position

We are the Bluembo team and our main goal is to create bright games for mobile devices. Our projects are exciting stories that will not leave children or adults indifferent!

Now we are looking for a strong and motivated Art Director who is able to form a holistic vision of the art style for game projects.

Responsibilities

• Creating graphics for mobile games: user interfaces, visual concepts, new reference assets.
• Communicating the vision to the team via documentation, guides, feedback, and overs.
• Implementing technically complex art elements together with the game design and development teams.
• Finding optimal pipelines in production.

Requirements

• Experience preparing concepts and creating art interfaces for casual games.
• Portfolio in casual gaming.
• Excellent understanding of UX.
• Experience creating a visual style and developing graphics for a new product.
• 4+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience making interesting, non-standard concepts in a given style.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
