About the Position

We are looking for an Art Director to join our team at VML Cali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of campaigns and brand experiences, transforming strategic ideas into impactful creative executions. You will play a key role in elevating the creative quality of our projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that resonate with audiences and drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the visual direction of integrated campaigns, content, and brand experiences.
• Work closely with copywriters and other creatives to build strong concepts and differentiated executions.
• Guide the visual development of digital assets, social content, activations, CRM, multi-channel campaigns, and experiences.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, account management, production, and clients to ensure alignment between creative vision and business objectives.
• Oversee the visual quality of deliverables and ensure consistency with brand identity.
• Actively participate in ideation processes, campaign presentations, and the construction of creative proposals.
• Stay updated on visual, cultural, and technological trends to drive creative innovation.

Requirements

• Solid experience in developing creative campaigns and art direction for brands in agency or advertising environments.
• Proficiency in design principles, visual storytelling, and concept development.
• Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Ability to transform strategic insights into relevant and effective visual executions.
• Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
