Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage projects from brainstorming to execution, developing campaign concepts, considering budgets and resources, and ensuring the quality and impact of ideas.
• Production Coordination: Understand the production process, communicate effectively with directors, make necessary edits during montage, and address any issues that arise.
• Identity Creation and Evaluation: Create and assess brand identities, understanding that good design not only conveys feelings but also fulfills tasks.
• Client Communication: Build quality and transparent communication with clients and confidently present ideas.

Requirements

• Art Direction: Experience in creating large-scale communication projects with a corresponding portfolio, understanding various formats and advertising channels.
• Project Management: Ability to lead projects from ideation to completion.
• Communication: Proficiency in English.
• Design: Strong design skills.
• Innovation: Passion for integrating technology and art in creative projects.

• Team Development: Experience in developing a design team and mentoring junior specialists.
