Art Director / Design Lead

About the Position

At celerart, we create brand identities and websites for startups and small/medium businesses worldwide. We work remotely, communicate through Slack, and prioritize quality in our projects 🔥

We're looking for an Art Director / Design Lead with experience managing a team of designers and developers, that will make sure our web & branding projects are delivered in the best shape possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage web & branding projects for startups and SMEs worldwide
• Ensure projects are delivered in the best shape possible
• Communicate clearly, manage, and guide designers
• Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Utilize Figma (auto layouts, variants, prototypes, etc.) and Adobe tools
• Test and launch websites
• Work with Project Management software (we use Worksection and track time)
• Speak native Russian/Ukrainian and conversational English (B2+) - experience chatting with clients
• Experience with Webflow and understanding of markup is a plus
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT and others) is a plus
• Participate in meetings with a microphone and webcam
• Navigate your Windows/Mac environment

Requirements

• Vast experience in web & brand design; great portfolio
• Clear communication, ability to manage and guide designers
• Multitask and be organized - manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Know every aspect of Figma (auto layouts, variants, prototypes, etc.); know Adobe tools
• Experience testing and launching websites
• Experience working with Project Management software (we use Worksection and track the time)
• Speak native Russian/Ukrainian and conversational English (B2+) - experience chatting with clients
• Preferably, experience with Webflow and understanding of markup
