Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and visual execution of comprehensive campaigns, ensuring excellence and coherence in every touchpoint.
• Translate brand strategies into innovative visual narratives that genuinely connect with audiences.
• Guide and empower designers and creators, fostering a collaborative, empathetic, and growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, account, and production teams to maintain the integrity of the creative vision from the initial idea to the final delivery.
• Make informed design decisions, adapting to changes with agility and defending ideas that challenge the status quo.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience leading art direction and conceptualization for high-profile campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and collaborative platforms (Figma).
• Courses, diplomas, or certifications in Art Direction, Creative Leadership, Innovation, or Strategic Design.
• Advanced English (essential for collaboration and idea presentation).
