Art Director

About the Position

VML Poland is seeking a versatile Art Director who can bring ideas to life in any format, from static visuals and illustrations to motion graphics and AI-generated content.

We are looking for someone who combines conceptual thinking, visual artistry, and attention to detail. They should be able to seamlessly transition from 360° campaign concepts to pixel-perfect executions that meet the latest digital and social media platform standards.

This role is ideal for someone proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and curious about how AI tools can enhance creative work.

Responsibilities

• Work on campaigns from brief to execution, creating high-quality visual content for social, digital, and integrated campaigns
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines (CI) while experimenting with new formats and styles, both static and animated
• Actively participate in brainstorms and creative reviews, bringing fresh ideas and visual perspectives
• Present ideas internally and to clients
• Independently manage projects from brief to final delivery without the need for micromanagement
• Monitor cultural trends, platform changes, and best practices in design for specific channels

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Art Director with a portfolio showcasing work for major brands, award-winning projects, 360° campaigns, and tactical executions
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (Figma is a plus)
• Understanding of how design decisions impact storytelling, audience engagement, and brand presence
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools that support creativity
• Genuine interest in culture, design, and the creative industry
• Strong presentation skills

• Competitive salary range: 8,500 zł-17,042 zł PLN per year
