About the Position

Шукаємо в команду досвідченого менеджера, який спеціалізується на роботі з art production в game industry. Роль дає можливість прийняти участь як в невеликих так і ААА проектах. Як Art Manager в нашій студії, будеш відповідати за координацію роботи великої арт команди яка має такі напрямки як concept, 3D ART, VFX, Tech Art, Animation та багато інших. Також приймати участь в формувані пропозицій для наших клієнтів та вести комунікацію як представника нашого колективу. Responsibilities

• Management art department allocations
• Organization of projects estimations
• Build connections between cross-functional teams
• Maintain organization processes of department
• Communication with clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video games, with strong knowledge of art development pipelines.
• 3+ years of direct management experience in an art or creative production role.
• Deep understanding of game art fundamentals (concept, 3D, VFX, animation).
• Familiarity with production pipelines and tools for project management.
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced level of English
