About the Position
Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist
Pune, Mahārāshtra, India
The Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all payment processing related tasks of Artificial Intelligence projects. The Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow that ultimately leads to Contributors’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with payment support team on daily tasks related to processing payments for Contributors across different locations
- Responsible for vendor onboarding and payment information verification
- Communicate with other teams and departments within the company to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about payment and onboarding status
- Utilize various tools and systems for vendor communication and payment processing (e.g., Zendesk, ProjectA, RIPS)
- Responsible for providing timely updates to the Production team, Sourcing team and Account Payables teams
- Do timely follow-up with project team to release pending payments for the Contributors from different locations
- Monitor and control payment requests statuses, troubleshoot payment issues and collect any missing information
- Comply with relevant and applicable procedures
- Proactively adapt to changing procedures and learn new information independently
- Complete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills – being able to communicate important project updates both verbally and in writing
- Effective use of systems and tools to plan, organize, and prioritize, to ensure successful project completion through proficient time management
- Problem-solving skills – effective analysis and creative solutions for any problems that might arise
- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks
- A sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of payment cycles, account payables and basic accounting procedures
- Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills – ability to interact with all stakeholders, including Contributors
