We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager - a person who wants to grow quickly in marketing and sales and work with a real impact on the result.

This role is for someone who can see things through: turning interest from marketing campaigns and events into qualified leads (SALs).

Responsibilities

• Work with warm leads: qualify, warm up, and develop contacts from webinars and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare for industry conferences: plan campaigns for events, do targeted outreach, and book meetings for the sales team before and during each event.
• Test new communication approaches: write LinkedIn message series and email letters, try new channels, and analyze what works.

Requirements

• English B1+ and above (mainly written communication).
• Experience of at least 6 months in client-facing roles with a focus on communication and process management (e.g., SDR, Lead Generator, Sales Manager/BDM/Partnership Manager, Marketing).
• Confident written communication in English: email / messengers / LinkedIn.
• Systematic follow-up on repeated contacts: correctly resume the dialogue and keep communication in focus.
• Basic tools: Google Sheets/Docs, Gmail, working with contact databases/funnels. Will be a plus:
• Experience in launching and/or executing campaigns aimed at generating meetings for the sales team at external industry events.
• Experience in creating and testing message series: generating hypotheses, A/B testing, analyzing results, scaling effective approaches, and searching for new communication formats.
• Basic knowledge of German will be an advantage.

• Flexible working hours with the possibility to start the workday from 8:00 to 10:00 and finish from 17:00 to 19:00.
• The ability to work fully remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
