About the Position
Asistent servicii clienti - Maghiara Engleza -Remote
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant fluent in Hungarian, Romanian, and English for a remote role in a language course center.
Responsibilities
- Gestionarea solicitarilor venite din partea cursantilor
- Oferirea de informatii despre cursuri si programele educationale
- Sprijinirea procesului de inscriere
- Comunicarea cu clientii prin telefon, e-mail si alte canale disponibile
- Actualizarea informatiilor in sistemele interne
Requirements
- Cunostinte bune de limba maghiara, romana si engleza
- Abilitati excelente de comunicare si relationare
- Atentie la detalii si orientare catre solutii
- Capacitate de organizare si lucru independent
- Cunostinte de operare PC
