About the Position

We are seeking an ASISTENTE ADMINISTRATIVO to systematize fuel consumption data in Excel and ensure information accuracy. Requires technical education and 6 months of administrative experience.

Responsibilities

Systematize in Excel the information of fuel consumption received from fieldwork.
Organize and validate the supporting documents associated with each consumption of field services at a national level.
Review that the registered information is complete and consistent.
Identify consumptions or records that require validation and follow up with the responsible parties.
Support in the preparation of reports and control matrices.
Follow up on pending tasks.

Requirements

Technical education or ongoing studies in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative tasks, data entry, document control, or information management.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
Organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and proactivity.

We Offer

Contractual position.
Remuneration: PEN 1600 - PEN 2000 per month.
