Asistente Comercial

About the Position

We are seeking a full-time Asistente Comercial to support sales executives at SGS, handling telemarketing, customer database management, and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Handle telemarketing of SGS services, manage customer database records, maintain offer archives, and administer the commercial area (time, supervision of schedules, management of commercial reports, preparation of meetings, etc.)
• Provide support in customer follow-up such as receiving and welcoming new clients, scheduling follow-up sales appointments, sending specific information, and documenting client information, among others.
• Ensure, along with the sales team, compliance with the budget.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.

Requirements

• Education: Technologist, Student in the final semesters of Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 6 months in roles related to marketing, sales, administration, or activities related to the sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office; with knowledge of data analysis.

We Offer

• Salary: $1,800,000 COP
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturdays half-day.
• Contract Type: Job or Labor
