About the Position

We are seeking an Assembly Maintenance Engineer to support and sustain manufacturing equipment operations in semiconductor assembly production. The candidate will be responsible for equipment troubleshooting, uptime improvement, and continuous improvement activities for Die Bonder, Automated Visual Inspection (AVI), and Oven processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure minimum production downtime.
  • Lead the team for improvement projects for Die Bonder, AVI, and Oven equipment.
  • Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Support machine qualification, setup, and buyoff activities for new equipment or process changes.
  • Collaborate with Production, Process, and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related.
  • Able to support production during equipment escalation when required.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
