Asset Manager

About the Position

As an Asset Manager at TMC, you will work on the management and maintenance of civil assets such as bridges, roads, sewage systems, quay walls, and public spaces. You will map out the technical condition, risks, performance, and costs of assets and translate these into strategic and tactical management.

You will analyze inspection data, develop multi-year maintenance plans, conduct risk analyses, and provide advice on maintenance measures, replacement investments, and sustainability. You will work on projects for municipalities, provinces, or network operators-often in collaboration with managers, inspectors, engineers, and policy advisors.

Responsibilities

• Map out the technical condition, risks, performance, and costs of assets.
• Develop multi-year maintenance plans.
• Conduct risk analyses.
• Provide advice on maintenance measures, replacement investments, and sustainability.

Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management, Technical Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in the management, maintenance, or asset management of infrastructure or public spaces.
• Affinity for data analysis, risk-based management, and systems thinking.
• Familiarity with RAMS, RCM, LCC, or ISO 55000 is a plus.
• Structured manner of working, analytical thinking, and clear communication.
• Enjoy connecting technical and policy-related issues.
