We are seeking an experienced Assistant Driller to join a Jack-Up drilling rig operating in an offshore environment. The Assistant Driller will support the Driller in the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations, while maintaining high standards of well control, equipment performance, and HSE compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Driller in the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations
- Maintain high standards of well control, equipment performance, and HSE compliance
- Work closely with the Driller and rig crew to ensure operations are conducted safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Solid offshore drilling experience, preferably on Jack-Up rigs
- Strong knowledge of rig-floor operations, BOP systems, well control, tripping operations, tubular handling, and drilling equipment
- Must be a US citizen or permanent US resident
- BOSIET + CAEBS
- OGUK
- TWIC
- Valid ID / Passport
- IWCF / IADC Well Control - Level 3
