About the Position
We are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for a 6-month contract in Singapore, overseeing daily operations and maintenance of a corporate facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the daily operations, property maintenance, and administrative workflows of a corporate facility.
- Provide leadership, operational guidance, and regular performance evaluations to the workplace solutions support team.
- Manage third-party contractor relationships, evaluate service quotes, and supervise external vendor invoicing processes.
- Supervise health and safety protocols alongside quality control inspections to ensure total regulatory adherence.
- Act as the primary escalation contact for tenant inquiries while driving capital expenditure reporting and budget reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedent.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

- Monthly Salary: S$4,000 - S$5,000
- Contract Type: Full-time
