About the Position
We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Organisational & Learning Development to join our HR team in Singapore, focusing on driving a high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement OD strategies, tools, and change interventions to strengthen organisational capability and effectiveness
- Champion culture-building initiatives and workshops to foster a purpose-driven and engaged workforce
- Lead and contribute to talent management programmes to identify, support, and retain high-potential individuals
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify competency gaps and design innovative L&D strategies, platforms, and programmes
- Manage end-to-end training administration, ensuring compliance with internal documentation, audit requirements, and vendor management
- Drive process improvements and optimise learning operations through the integration of digital tools, data analytics, and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to Organisational Development and/or Learning & Development
- Sound knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and modern HR trends and best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or RPA is a strong advantage
- A proactive, resilient, and resourceful mindset with a strong analytical focus on continuous improvement
We Offer
- Competitive salary: S$6,000 - S$7,000 per month
- Permanent full-time position
